		<description>In the scenario I previously described (age 50+, 20 years of being self-employed in a couple of small businesses, looking to work for someone else as a manager) what do you think of functional vs chronological resumes in such a scenario? I&#039;ve heard that recruiters and hiring managers don&#039;t typically like functional resumes because they get &quot;suspicious&quot; that the applicant is trying to hide something (like age, long career, etc.).</description>
